About the role

As the Warehouse and Logistics Manager at Jayfen Health (M) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse and logistics operations to ensure the efficient and timely distribution of our healthcare products. This full-time, permanent role is based in Klang, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfilment
  2. Oversee the transportation and distribution of products to customers, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards
  3. Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to optimise supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  4. Develop and implement warehouse and logistics strategies to meet the company's growth objectives
  5. Manage and supervise the warehouse team, providing training and development opportunities
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  7. Analyse data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse and logistics management role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  2. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and supply chain optimisation
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
  4. Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  5. Proficient in using data analysis tools and generating detailed reports
  6. Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  7. Fluency write and read in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
