RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Coordination & Scheduling

  • Development & implementing the distribution and logistics plans
  • Arrange and schedule deliveries, pickups, and shipments with transporters and couriers.
  • Monitor and track delivery status to ensure timely arrival.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution of product and supplies for smooth logistic operation and timely scheduling

Communication & Liaison

  • Liaise with forwarders for Incoming/Outgoing/Import/Export shipment related tasks on timely manner
  • Act as a point of contact between suppliers, warehouse staff, transport providers, and internal teams.
  • Resolve delivery or documentation issues promptly.

Administrative Support

  • Handle logistics-related correspondence, reports, and filing.
  • Prepare, check, and file shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
  • Support the logistics team in daily operational tasks.
  • Support Warehouse Admin operational tasks if needed

Be compliance with all Logistics and ISO related procedures.

** This is a contract position with yearly renewal basis.

Min Requirements

Education: Min Diploma/Degree in any field

Work Experience:

At least 2 year(s) working experience in logistics / warehouse or any related field.

Licenses & Certifications:

Shipping and or Logistic Management background is an added advantage

Competencies/Behaviors:

Highly organized, systematic, and meticulous in all tasks.

Possess self-motivation, with good self-initiative to solve issues.

Skills:

Well verse in Microsoft Word & Excel.

Knowledge and experience in using SAP is an added advantage

Languages: Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
