Job Description:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, aligned with the company's overall objectives, ensuring in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing entire employees life cycle from recruitment, onboarding/off-boarding, employee relations & grievances, disciplinary issues, compensation & benefits, company events as well as HR related matters.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding human resource related issues.
  • Preparation of HR letters such as appointment letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, show cause and etc.
  • Fostering a positive working environment and promote employee engagement programs.
  • Liaising with government authorities, training providers, insurance agent and all relevant statutory agencies.
  • Preparing monthly HR reports to management in timely manner.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 Years and above in similar HR generalist role. Preferably in Logistics/Shipping/Transportation industries will be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource practices and employment laws.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required Skill(s): Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and HRIS system.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and deal with sensitive and confidential information and related documents.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
