**Primary Objective**:

- Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to teams
- Ensure Treasury trade deals (FI, MM, FX, SI and Derivative products) are processed & matched timely and accurately for RHB Banking Group (MY, SG, TH & LB)
- Ensure Treasury trade deals are settled timely and accurately
- Ensure Treasury trade deals confirmation are sent timely and accurately
- Adhere to internal and external regulatory requirements/policy, procedures and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
- Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
- Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams
- Perform trade validation, checking & confirmation matching for Treasury deals (FI, MM, FX and Derivative products).
- Interactive communication with internal and external parties e.g. GTGM, clients, brokers, Financial Institutions for effective and efficient receipts of deals’ source document and counter checking with MUREX
- Check both inward and outward confirmations and perform confirmation matching on Treasury trade deals
- Preparation and delivery of confirmation letter, advices, statement to customers
- Prepare response to audit confirmation request from customers / counterparties for Treasury trades
- Update incomplete transactions in ESSCBOP for Treasury trades
- Prepare monthly brokerage fee reporting
- Raise GL accounting entries for Treasury trade related items
- To support the operations of regional RHB branches during local public holiday
- To assist Senior Team Member/Team Lead/Circle Lead in BAU and ad-hoc matters
- To assist other Team/Circle as and when required
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Degree in Banking / Accounting / Finance / Economics or other relevant discipline.

1 year / Treasury Operations / Banking
- Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions
- Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)
- Ability to be patient and actively listens to others, and understands others' views
