Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue

Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities

Overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed Campaign building and comms

Create integrated marketing campaigns and communications content and plan based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business

Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success

Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines

Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns

Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results

Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

Work with Strategy and Operations teams to strategize a multi-channel acquisition plan

You must have a strong understanding of the target demographic and be keep abreast with macro-environment effects that can impact the economic situation or sentiments among the segment

**Skills & Experiences**:
Possess Diploma or higher in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Admin or any related field.

Required minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.

Familiar with Malay & English & Mandarin Content.

Experience & Familiar Operation in Social Media platforms.

Content creation and copywriting skills specific to these platforms.

Experience with running advertising campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & etc.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills, especially related to these platforms.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, communications and interpersonal skill.

Creativity and the ability to tailor content for these platforms.

Familiarity with AI Tools, graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

Proactive, Aggressive, Dynamic and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
