**JOB OBJECTIVE / SUMMARY**
To assist the Sales & Marketing Department to ensure smooth running of the Sales & Marketing administration through efficient and timely implementation and coordination of operational activities.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Responsible for coordination and implementation of operational activities for sales and marketing;
2. To prepare all required sales reports for analysis;
3. To update all sales and marketing documents such as product list, price list, customer territory, and more;
4. To follow-up on existing customers and encourage repeated sales;
5. To provide new and innovative ideas to target new customer;
6. Responsible for managing and servicing key customer accounts in respected territories with Sales Managers’ guidance;
7. To coordinate with our product marketing and R & D team to ensure the best products are available;
8. To understand the sales cycle of the company products and be able to identify and assist existing customers;
9. To assist in the fulfilment of customer orders by being involved in coordinating shipments, product stocks, and more;
10. To attend if any customer complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably to enhance excellent customer relationship.
11. To represent the company at the trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
12. To perform any other duties as and when required by the Management
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
