Customer Service Executive

Order Processing:
Accurately receive, process, and follow up on export sales orders from international customers.
Ensure timely submit sales orders to SCD department for order processing.
Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
- Customer Interaction:
Act as the first point of contact for international clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on order status.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding product availability, lead times, shipping details, and payment terms.
- Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams (production, warehouse, and logistics) to ensure timely shipment of export orders.
- Sales Support:
Assist in generating reports and managing customer accounts.
Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
Support sales in resolving any post-shipment issues, including claims, returns, or quality issues.
- Compliance and Regulations:
Stay up to date on export control regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, company policies, and export documentation requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain good relationships with existing clients by providing excellent after-sales service.
Assist in customer retention by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
