As we continue our rapid expansion, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as **Customer Service Executive (Mandarin)**, providing outstanding support to our renowned clients in the **Customer Service & Support** sector with outstanding service and professionalism.

**Position**

Customer Service Executive (Mandarin/Cantonese Speaker Written & Verbal, On-site)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Support translation of communication materials (Mandarin/Cantonese English).
- Meet performance targets and adhere to service quality standards.

**Job Requirements**
- Proficiency in **Mandarin and Cantonese**, with good command of **English**.
- Minimum **SPM/Diploma** or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum **1 year** of relevant customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willing to work **on-site** in **Sungai Petani, Kedah**.
- Able to commit to **rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays**.

**Job Type**

Full-time

**Shift Type**

Rotational shift, 5 days a week

**Salary**

Basic: RM3,500
KPI : RM250
