Station Admin Assistant

**Key Activities / Accountabilities:
- **
- Conduct the debrief process with drivers and ensure that all undelivered consignments are scanned and assigned for next action
- Track COD pending then collect COD money from drivers and send the COD consignments for reconciliation
- Arrange with agents for out of delivery area pickups then verify POD
- Coordinate with hub & linehaul team to ensure punctual and accurate shipments are sent and received
- Track return to shipper consignments and arrange for return after 7 days
**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- **
- Diploma holder in any field or minimum SPM
- Those without tertiary qualification but with relevant working experience will be considered
- Preferably 1-2 Years' working experience in Logistics Industry
- Experience in Express, courier, freight forwarding / international courier / delivery or B2B oriented business services depot is preferred
**Technical Skills:

- Able Microsoft excel and words
