Assistant Manager Business Development

1. Conduct property searches based on area and business type for strategic store openings and suitable event locations.
2. Propose comprehensive business plans to management, considering geographical factors, customer volume, and budget planning.
3. Negotiate store size and location in alignment with the Company's business model, ensuring favorable lease terms for long-term benefits.
4. Collaborate with the Legal team on contract agreement negotiations and provide advice.
5. Establish operational standards, optimize investment costs, and oversee the layout of new and existing stores.
6. Supervise renovation processes, ensuring smooth dismantling and moving-out procedures.
7. Prepare comprehensive documentation including Business Plan and R&P, for renovation, maintenance, and related activities.
8. Take responsibility for the safety management of electrical facilities in store facilities.
9. Act as a liaison between the Company and Mall Management to ensure the well-maintenance of store structures.
10. Work closely with store operations and other departments for smooth processes related to store openings, closings, renovations, and maintenance.
11. Maintain positive relations with Mall Leasing to enhance collaboration.
12. Handle any ad hoc tasks related to business development assigned by superiors.
13. Managing of necessary rental payments for assigned accounts14. Managing of necessary tenancy renewals15. Require to travel from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
