Responsibilities Liaise with internal team and external agencies or suppliers to coordinate events Attend events to assist and ensure activations run well Collaborate with sales team to approach buyers and events person-in-charge got negotiation/proposal of events Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects Requirements Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent At least two years working experience in similar role Strong written and communication skills in English and Mandarin Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) Outgoing and friendly personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities Possess own transportation Willing to travel Other Benefits: Annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave, compassionate/calamity leave Medical claim Staff uniform EPF, SOCSO and EIS
