**Duties of Position: (Include specific duties and responsibilities)**
1. Customer and plant commit against demand.
2. Customer Scorecard management such as On-Time Delivery, Costing, Quality, etc
3. Quotation responsibilities such as managing new and periodic re-pricing.
4. Regular weekly review of metrics and deliverables. (Expected Outcome: Meet Key Business Indicators - Revenue Commit, Load versus Commit Gap, OTD, E&O, AR, ECO, and RMA. )
5. Leads the Customer Focus Team.
6. Profit and Loss Management.
7. Periodic visits and hosting Customers (QBRs, New project start-ups, Business Transfers)
8. Facilitates and monitors progress on all New project/ product start-ups
9. Customer point of contact and escalation
10. Any other duties assigned by Program Manager

**Qualifications Required: (Education, experience, skills, etc. Please be specific)**
2. At least 10 year(s) of working experience as program manager, customer service and planning manager.
3. Work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment will be an advantage
4. Experienced user of MS Office programs: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Presentation.
5. Ability to work under pressure and criticism.
6. Self-motivated nature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal.
