**Maintenance & Operations**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical systems, and general systems including HVAC, escalators, elevators, lighting, power distribution, kitchen exhaust and plumbing.
- Conduct scheduled inspections, file reports to ensure systems are operating efficiently and comply with safety regulations.

**Troubleshooting & Repairs**:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate and oversee repair work with internal teams and external contractors.
- **System Upgrades**:

- Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Plan and implement upgrades in collaboration with contractors and suppliers.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure all M&E systems comply with Malaysian regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance schedules, inspection reports, and system modifications.
- Ensure that relevant operating licences are renewed on timely basis.
- To coordinate and built rapport with relevant authorities to facilitate timely inspections, submission of documents.

**Project Management**:

- Assist in planning and executing M&E projects, including installation and commissioning of new systems during renovations or expansions.
- Monitor project timelines and M+E budgets to ensure successful completion.
- To approve all vendors M+E related drawings prior to implementations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the store management team to align M&E operations with business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and training to support staff when necessary.
- To manage a pool of Maintenance team

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in M&E systems, including HVAC, power systems, and automated controls.
- Familiarity with Malaysian building codes and safety standards.
- Possession of a Chargeman BO Certificate will be an advantage

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical engineering: 10 years (required)
