The Tele Call Center Customer Support Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone and providing information and assistance in a professional manner. They must efficiently handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer service. The role requires achieving productivity standards and goals, ensuring that calls are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The Customer Support Representative is expected to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company, as well as team goals. They must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality by maintaining the confidentiality of customer information at all times.

In addition to handling inbound calls, the representative is also responsible for performing outbound calls to follow up on consumer inquiries and provide resolutions or updates. They must consistently provide accurate information and updates to customers, capturing and updating the relevant information obtained from customers onto the system.

Conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSAT) is an essential part of the role to gauge customer satisfaction levels. The representative must strive to achieve the service level targets and quality assurance ratings set by the company.

Overall, the Tele Call Center Customer Support Representative is expected to attend to all key responsibilities within the required turnaround time set by the company, ensuring efficient and effective customer support while upholding the company's standards of service excellence.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (BM).
- Ability to demonstrate good tone and manner during the interview process.
- Enthusiasm and genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
