Qualification & Experienced Required: 1) Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or any relevant Field 2) Shall be registered with (BEM) Board of Engineering Malaysia 3) Possess minimum in five (5) years relevant experience in piping construction with upstream offshore oil & gas industry projects in a similar capacity in undertaking at least two similar projects involving an EPC/EPCIC contract. JOB DESCRIPTION 1)Strategize and manage the execution or implementation of piping construction end to end operation activities to ensure operational excellence, compliance to relevant policy, regulation and standard, as per contractual term & conditions. 2) Plan and control the in-house construction team for construction work are conducted and completed within budget and on schedule in compliance with industry standards. 3) Provide technical support and clarification during bidding and tendering stages to ensure assigned construction work is properly presented for accuracy of information. 4) Review and submit daily construction progress/performance reports and recommend corrective measures to rectify shortcomings to project manager for information and decision making. 5) Drive, control and resolve issues of the constructions production KPI, repair rate, manpower attendance and drawing which effects on the overall construction schedule including workforce allocation.
