Qualification & Experienced Required: 1) Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or any relevant Field 2) Shall be registered with (BEM) Board of Engineering Malaysia 3) Possess minimum in fifteen (15) years working experience in Oil and Gas Industry and ten (10) years working experience in Transportation & Installation projects. 4) Experience in offshore platform installation is mandatory. 5) Experience in floatover installation of CPP topside is an added advantage. JOB DESCRIPTION 1) Strategize, plan, organise, manage and execute the project within budget, schedule and in accordance with the contract requirements, to ensure profitability and timely completion of the project. 2) Plan, source and manage manpower resources required for the effective and safe execution of the Transportation & Installation related work within budget and schedule. 3) Support commercial department tendering exercise by providing technical deliverables, scope of work and project costing. 4) Lead and manage project delivery requirements as to meet clients' specifications, develop approach/ techniques to meet such requirements and ensure implementation throughout all project executions. 5) Improvise existing Transportation & Installation best practices to minimize cost of work execution.
