**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Marketing strategy & data insights
- Sales Driven energy (Market Winning Spirit)
- Data Analytics (ability to crunch data and provide insights & business recommendation)
- Demonstrate understanding of local peculiarities to identify business opportunities and growth
- Strategy skills and planning through technical and localize program
- Reviewing business performance and rapidly growing opportunities in route planning process, trading terms and outlet visit plan
- People management
- Manage a team of Area Sales Executives to drive the team forward
- Achieve agreed targets in the market and effective mentoring
- Lead the secondary supply chain to meet the agreed brand volume, market share, distribution presence
- Ensure teams to provide relevant market intel and respond against competitor’s movement in respective areas

- Ability to establish good business relationship with Mass Market Retailer to gain trade support, loyalty, and advocacy
- Strong background of developing and driving business plans, commercial growth plans and talent development plans
