**About the Role**:

- The primary responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist include the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
- This role requires proactive communication with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and the implementation of project plans for recruiting seasonal, part-time, and full-time employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Design and update job descriptions to meet the requirements for various roles within the company.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).
- Establishing initial contact and engaging with talented individuals in-person and online

**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in HR or recruitment.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and hiring techniques.
- Exceptional eye for talent and strong decision-making skills.
- Strong interview and negotiating abilities

**Remuneration**:
Rm 3000 to 6000 + Commission

**Consultant in Charge**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
