Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bandar Puteri Puchong. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Responsibilities will include improving employer branding efforts to attract suitable candidates and collaborating with hiring teams to understand job requirements. The individual will identify innovative strategies to optimize the hiring process and ensure a seamless experience for employers and candidates alike.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be fluent in 
    English
     and 
    Bahasa Malaysia
    , with 
    Mandarin proficiency considered an added advantage
     for multilingual communication and regional coordination.
  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Sourcing, and Hiring skills
  • Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and Recruiting methods
  • Experience in Employer Branding and building candidate pipelines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices is advantageous
