INSCALE Malaysia is expanding and looking for a high-energy, driven, and resilient Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic headhunting team. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing to closing roles with international clients.
• Understand the Software Development Lifecycle, programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Source candidates through various channels (Boolean search, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Assess both technical and soft skills to ensure strong candidate-client fit.
• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout their hiring journey.
• Continuously improve recruitment and evaluation processes.
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates who have a combination of the following skills & experience:
• At least 4 years of experience in active headhunting of IT professionals such as Software Developers, QA, Business Analyst, Data Analyst and etc. (either in-house or agency experience is welcome)
• Proven experience in stakeholder and/or candidate management
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, , and others
• Ability to define both the technical and soft skills required for a position
• Ability to assess a candidate's competencies and match them to the role
• Basic understanding of development platforms and common IT terminology
Soft Skills:
• Strong Communication skills – both verbal and written
• Self-starter who can work well autonomously and ability to build rapport and establish relationship
• Positive energy, open-mindedness and strong proactive attitude
• Ability to work within a diverse team environment
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize, coordinate and execute short/long term projects
Education:
You have a minimum of BSc in IT/ Engineering or a recognized Degree in another field.
