**Summary**:
Are you a people person? AYP Group is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR department to support the team and Talent Acquisition requests. This is where you also gain on-the-job experience and insight into the Recruitment function.

We believe in empowerment and learning every day, throughout this contract term, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the HR team and Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance your experience and gain exposure to regional recruitment, talent acquisition, and many more.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage systems and portals to execute recruitment strategies, i.e., Job Portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc), ATS (*Applicant Tracking System), and any other platforms.
- Maintain routine data entry into ATS and HR platforms during the recruitment and employee lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in HR/ Psychology, or any related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, irrespective of in-house or external agencies.
- Fluent in English (Written and verbal), other languages would be added advantage.
- Adaptable, independent, and creative, proactive with good organization and planning skills; Strong passion for growth in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

****Working arrangement: Hybrid with 2 days work from office/co-working spaces (Mon, Tues) and 3 days work from home (Wed, Thurs, Fri).*****:
