- **We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background who are passionate about delivering solutions to clients and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.**_
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**: Lead negotiations, create tailored proposals, and close sales in alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- **Market Analysis**: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to the superior and other relevant reporting line.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to align strategies and improve client engagement.
- **Customer Support**: Ensure seamless transition of client’s post-sale, addressing concerns or issues, and ensuring satisfaction with the service/product provided.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and contracts.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Proven Sales Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present, negotiate, and persuade effectively.
- **Customer-Centric**:Ability to build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong ability to negotiate deals, manage objections, and close sales effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions to meet client needs.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment**.**
**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM2,700 - RM4,000 (Basic salary commensurate with relevant experience and qualification).

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Thursday; 8.30am-6.00pm
Friday; 8.30am-5.00pm
**WORKING LOCATION**:
Alam Perdana Industrial Park, Taman Putra Perdana, 47130 Puchong, Selangor.
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
