- 1. To responsible and accountable for monthly online sales target to be achieved.
- 2. To attend and convert online enquirers to convert to sales.
- 3. To create and maintain marketplace with relevant content.
- 4. To engage and answer customer chat timely both from social media and marketplace.
- 5. To Manage stock update, pricing and content is assigned marketplace accordingly.
- 6. To curate and review local language translation and meets the standards.
- 7. To assist in marketing message development to ease online selling process.
- 8. To assist in marketing events and activities on ad hoc basis when required.
