What You'll Do

  • Platform Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across Shopee, Lazada, and the company's internal e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality and peak performance.
  • Marketplace Collaboration: Liaise with marketplace representatives to resolve technical issues, leverage platform tools, and cultivate strong, strategic partnerships.
  • Campaign & Performance Management :Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns to boost engagement and sales. Monitor performance metrics such as sales, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Strategically plan and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with marketing and design teams to develop impactful digital assets that attract and convert customers.
  • Product Listing Optimization: Upload, update, and manage product listings using SEO best practices and accurate product details to enhance visibility and conversion.

What We're Looking For

  • E-Commerce Expertise: You have 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms, with a proven track record of driving growth. Experience in regional or international markets (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) is a strong advantage.
  • Multilingual Communication: Fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese, you're able to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across different markets.
  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital analytics tools, you're equipped to monitor performance and identify trends.
  • Platform Familiarity: Experience with Shopee, TikTok, or Lazada is highly valued. A background in IT or electronics is a bonus, though not a requirement.
  • Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: You excel at interpreting data to make informed decisions. You're proactive, goal-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
