**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating project documentation such as project charters, requirement specifications, test plans, and post-implementation reviews.
- Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies or Waterfall project meetings to capture updates and track action items.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and exposure to project tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and regulated environment.

**Preferred Certifications (optional)**:

- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
- Agile Fundamentals or Scrum Foundation
- ITIL Foundation

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,862.43 - RM5,675.71 per month
