**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Financial Accounting and HR Management
- Responsible for full set of account as follows:
- Prepare and manage all accounts payable, account receivables, bank reconciliation, general ledger, inter-company reconciliation, bank account and petty cash.
- Prepare billing/invoices and coordination with sales and administration team.
- Diligent management of Collections and Payments with Sales and Administration team.
- Update internal systems with financial data.
- Prepare Management and Financial Accounts.
- Formulating company’s annual income tax planning, monitoring income tax compliance issues and annual finalization of income tax computation for the Group
- Liaise with external auditors, statutory bodies, company secretarial, bankers and other consultants for audit/tax/ secretarial/insurance/ outsourced services/ vendors and banking matter.
- Ensure timely submission and proper compliance of financial and taxation reporting to relevant statutory requirements.
- Alert of important deadlines, resourceful and proactively complete require working papers. Provide support timely and accurately to the CEO as and when required.
- To monitor and control cash flows for the Group. Actively participating in Credit Control issues.
- Ensure compliance to regulated SOPs and internal procedures.
- Ensure continuous improvement and cost efficiency in daily operation and administration.
- Look into overall Group Finance Analysis, reporting and give insightful business decision.
- Lead a team for ad-hoc projects/assignments.
- Manage all aspects of corporate secretary and legal issues.
- Handle the full spectrum of human resource management of the company and the compliance aspect with the relevant laws and authorities; EPF and Socso.
Participation and Advisory for Strategic Business Planning
- Participate in business management and reporting programme to support the businesses with budget and forecast preparation and provide management information to facilitate timely and informed decision making.
- Manage risk and capex policies and procedures.
- Responsibilities of financial planning and forecasting, number crunching for Business And Financial planning.
- Look into Opportunities, Cost, Revenue Growth, Risk and Financial Operational Analysis to identify area of improvement.
- Prepare and formulate financial business paper, outline feasibility study, evaluate, and assess the viability of any business proposals.
- To liaise with the bankers/ funding entities to secure funds which includes review of the loan documents and term sheet.
- Source for financing to meet the Company long term strategic planning.
**; Requirements: - REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possesses, a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Sound and strong knowledge of applicable accounting standards and financial reporting requirements, tax requirements and other related law/compliance.
- At least, 7 years of working experience of work experience in finance and human resources or relevant working experience at a similar capacity.
- Strong Negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Competency across the full range of human resource functions, that is compensation and benefits, industrial relations, staff retention programmes, training, manpower planning, recruitment, etc.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- Knowledge of UBS and Auto-count accounting software.
- Familiar with the local regulatory framework.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Able to multi-task, result oriented and meet deadlines.
- Possess strong leadership and inter-personal skill, good team player skills.
- A highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical achiever.
