We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team If you have a passion for customer service and administrative tasks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: USJ 1, Subang

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Starting Salary: From RM1,700

Working Hours: 9 - 5pm

**Benefits**:

Key Responsibilities:
Process waybills for e-commerce platforms

Arrange order deliveries

Handle customer service inquiries

Issue invoices and input supplier invoices

Order stock and manage inventory

Prepare monthly stock closing reports

**Requirements**:
Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask efficiently

Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is an advantage

Proficiency in SiteGiant, courier platforms, or accounting systems is a plus

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
