Our client, a reputable **Property Investment and Management **Company as well as the largest room rental platform in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking a passionate **Hotel Manager** to join their team. As part of the company, you will work with their hotel operations team to ensure that the daily operations of company's hotels could run smoothly.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Manage hotel operation and supervise work all levels (receptionists, housekeeping, landscape, office employees, security etc.) and set clear objectives
- Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information as well as to monitor sales and profits
- Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services
- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets, analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies
- Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
- Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
- Deal with maintenance issues, supplies, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, contractor, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
- Evaluate hotel performance, inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards

**_Additional Information/ Requirement: _**
- Possession of a Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Hotel Management/ Marketing or equivalent is required
- At least 3-5 year(s) of managerial experience in the related field is required
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malay, Mandarin
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Good leadership skills and a great attention to detail
