**Job tasks**:

- Handle inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring high-quality service.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in any related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in call center is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken).
- Able to work in shift

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
