We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our Contact Centre team as Junior Executive, Inbound Call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information regarding Koperasi Tentera's products, services, and member accounts.
  • Attend to member inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Assist in follow-up actions or referrals to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain high service quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Support Contact Centre operations and participate in any assigned ad-hoc tasks or projects.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or front-line environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Pleasant personality, patient, and able to handle high call volumes.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems).
  • Willing to work on a 6-month contract, with potential renewal for another 6 months based on performance and business needs.
