**Here are the job responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies and operational resources.
- Monitor office maintenance and liaise with vendors for service and repairs.
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and documentation.
- Provide logístical support for internal and external events or meetings.
- Create weekly shift/work schedules (e.g. for packing, live sessions, admin).
- Monitor progress of daily operations (e.g. order fulfilment, stock flow, CS).
- Monitor low-stock items and assist in restocking when needed.
- Prepare weekly reports on operations, staff issues, and progress tracking.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in daily operations.
- Propose workflow improvements or SOP revisions.

**Requirements**:

- **Important**- Minimum at least **1-3 years of experience** in Human Resources / Operation roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR employment laws and financial standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning, leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- HR certification (e.g.,SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
