**Title **:Customer Service Assistant

**Nature of business **:Shipping and trading company

**Working days **:Monday to Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)

**Location**: Kawasan 13, Port Klang

**Job descriptions**:

- Assist Marketing Team to prepare quotation to new Customers.
- Build up business relationship with the new customers for future business.
- Check rates from suppliers (Carrier - freight LCL, FCL Conventional, RORO, Air flight / Warehousing / Transport & etc).
- All enquiry from Customer or CSC need to prepare the quotation and forward to Customer within the same day.
- Check with the related Government Agency for any Import / Export permit requirement for any new item / commodity.

a) Prepare MITI Cost analysis

b) Renewal of Tenaga MTIB License
- Prepare and send quotation to Customer after get approval from CEO.
- Follow up shipment status until job completed.
- Update COC rate list and distribute to other team members on monthly basis.
- Prepare Costing sheet and update quotation in Smart Freight System for each shipment.
- Check Supplier Tax Invoice and Customer Invoice before sending to Accounts Department.
- Coordinate on the monthly stock check at JASA Kita Warehouse.
- Assist the Customer Service Team on the backup job during team member is absent from work.
- Assist and follow up payment from Customer.
- Perform any other jobs as assigned by superior and management when required for all Titimas Group of Companies.

**Job requirements**:

- Min SPM or Diploma in Logistics.
- At least 1 year experience in Logistics Shipping.
- Smart & love communicate with people.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
