JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand the market and user behaviour with digital audio platforms.
2. Understand how internet advertising technology works to continously identify monetisation opportunities across key business pillars.
3. Define project KPI, plan resource and budget, lead the discussion of business strategy, monitor business performance and track progress of core projects.
4. Understand & develop advertising assets with Product owner that brings high value & impact to advertisers/partners.
5. Strategize new marketing solutions business models, products and offerings.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders on monetisation offerings to brands/partners/advertisers on product launches to promote adoption rate.
7. Work with product & tech teams on product design and development, user needs analysis, product improvement, new feature roll-out etc.
8. Share the vision and drive cross-function collaboration to achieve our common goal.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Degree in any related field of studies.
- Project management experience & understanding in mobile advertising will be an added advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good scripting skills and writing flair.
- Good visual flair in presenting stories
- Willingness to learn on the job.
- Familiarity with technology and ability to pickup technical skills quickly.
- Meticulous and methodical as well as a good team player.
