**Job Title**:
Associate - Interpretation Support

**Location**:
Cyberjaya (Work from Office)

**Working Hours**:
5 days per week (Rotational Shift)

**Basic Salary**: RM 4,000 - RM 5,000
**Allowances**:

- **Transportation Allowance**: RM 500/month (pro-rated based on working days travelled).
- **Night Shift Allowance**: RM 25/night (approx. RM 550 for 22 working days).
- **Day Shift Allowance**: RM 20/day.
- **Total All-Inclusive Salary**: RM 5,000 - RM 6,000+.

**Sign-On Bonus**: RM 1,000 upon contract extension of 12 months.

**Job Summary**:
The Associate - Interpretation Support provides skilled, consecutive first-person interpretation and ensures meaning-for-meaning accuracy. Working under direct supervision and following defined policies and procedures, the role requires consistent confidentiality, professional ethics, and ongoing skill improvement. This position offers limited decision-making scope and involves addressing most non-routine issues with a supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver accurate meaning-for-meaning interpreting.
- Adhere to interpreter protocols and company policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all work-related matters.
- Attend mandatory training sessions.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and timely task completion.
- Follow instructions and work effectively both independently and within a team.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Graduate, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or comparable IT professional experience.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in a related field.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English (Read/Write/Speak).
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
- Basic understanding of linguistic and cultural differences.
- Ability to handle rapidly changing circumstances and respond calmly in emergencies.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Initiative-driven with effective problem-solving skills within company guidelines.
- Competent in MS Office tools and standard office equipment.

**Comprehensive Benefits**:

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
