**Type of Role**: Translation Support

**Working hours**: 5 days per week (Saturday & Sunday off), Permanent night shift, shift allowances provided

**Work Location**: Cyberjaya (Work From Office)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides meaning-for-meaning interpreting while following interpreter protocols, training, policies, and procedures.
- Follows all policies on information confidentiality and interpreter ethics, maintaining discretion at all times.
- Demonstrates reliable attendance, follows directions, completes tasks on schedule, learns from feedback, works independently or in a team, and interacts appropriately with others.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese & English with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of linguistics and cultures, ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and remain calm in emergencies.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and initiative while working independently within company policies.
- Commitment to confidentiality, effective communication with supervisors, and ability to build and maintain strong work relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Edge/other browsers) and competent in operating standard office equipment (computer, fax, copier, telephone).

**Benefits**:

- **Salary**: RM4,000 - RM5,000
- **Annual Leave**: 10 days (first 2 years), 12 days (after 2 years, prorated) - permanent/converted employees only
- **Medical Leave**: 14 days as per labor law
- **Maternity Leave**: 98 consecutive days (not earlier than 30 days before due date)
- **Paternity Leave**: 7 days
