**What You Will Do as a USANA Customer Representative**

Essential_**
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Handling inbound call center and walk-in customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Perform other duties pertaining to the job requirements.

**Background and Skills You Will Need**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of order entry system.
- Available for remote work exclusively on alternate Saturdays, from 10 am to 2 pm, on a rotational scheduled basis.
- 5 working days (Monday to Fridays), 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Will be based in USANA Malaysia office situated in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

Position is located in Malaysia.
