We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan and oversee projects from the beginning through to completion. You will have previous experience in Construction Management Projects (preferably with management of fast track projects) and be knowledgeable of regulations and permits required. You are well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures, and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. You will coordinate people, resources and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and in an efficient manner. You also act as a point of liaison between the Project Team and Senior Management. A key part of your role is to identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projects.
- Defining projects’ objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks. Resolve any problems that may arise.
- Determine the resources (time, cost, sub-contractor, vendors, materials, and equipment etc.) required to complete the project
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
- Managing and lead the entire Site Operation Team; Workers; Sub-Contractors; Vendors and Suppliers to ensure meeting deadlines and keep projects under budget.
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to Management and related Project Team
- Determine the objectives and measures upon which the projects will be evaluated at its completion
- Ensure the site work activities/progress are carried out in accordance to work programs and bring to Management's attention to any delays, problems, or related matters.
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget. Submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Execute the projects according to the project plan.
- Managing the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Set up a site filing system to ensure that all projects information is appropriately documented and secured
- Monitor the progress of the projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the projects
- Ensure that the projects deliverables are on time, within budget and quality
- QMS and monitor the quality of the works with the projects team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the projects’ standards
- Compliance with safety, health, and occupational regulations.
**Experience Needed**
- Min. Degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Min. 10 Year(s) of working experience in fast-track project of SemiCon, Logistic,
Warehouse, and Plant.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, engineering, and knowledge of building products, construction details, SHO, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail, complex problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and juggle multiple duties simultaneously with little management oversight.
- Possess good understanding of the areas of construction, carpentry, signage, design,
QS, M&E, and site supervision
- Extensive previous work experience managing budgets for construction projects
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with excellent communication skills and good command both written and verbal in English
- Resourceful, organized, able to multi-task, time-sensitive and logical
- Applicant must be able to read and interpret drawings
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD Based in Central & Northern Region, Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per year
