**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Handling full sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, fixed assets schedule, accruals & prepayment )
- Key in supplier invoices, payment, and reconciling supplier's statement of account.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
- Maintain and keep a proper filing of all documents
- Reconcile the General Ledger account.
- Month end closing and yearly closing and preparation audit schedule
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Monthly checking intercompany balances and intercompany sales transaction
- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required
- Liaise with external auditors on operational and statutory audits
- Responsible for accounts receivable and entered sales invoices into the accounting system.
- To review work done by junior executives.
- Supervise the junior executives and ensure the tasks are meeting deadlines.
- To prepare Journal entries and do a proper filling
- Review general ledger after month-end closing of accounts
- analysis on Profit & Loss Accounts

**REQUIREMENTS:

- **
- At least 3 years to 5 years of working experience
- Proactive, responsible, well-organized, planning skills, and team player are required.
- Able to work under stress and in a challenging environment in order to deliver tasks according to deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with group accounting would be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent in MS Office, MS Excel, and accounting software.
