**Job Summary**

A **Finance Executive** manages an organization’s financial operations, ensuring accurate records and supporting strategic planning. The role involves handling daily transactions, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and closing accounts during reporting periods. They help maintain the organization’s financial health by monitoring cash flow, managing budgets, and providing decision-making insights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Record Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, process and reconcile invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- **Account Closing**: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account closings by reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring transaction accuracy, and preparing necessary journal entries, including accruals and adjustments.
- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses while providing insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, monitor budget performance, and identify variances.
- **Compliance and Auditing**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures while coordinating with auditors during financial audits and implementing recommendations.
- **Cash Flow and Asset Management**: Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and manage fixed assets, including maintaining depreciation schedules.
- **Tax Preparation and Regulatory Compliance**: Prepare and submit tax returns in compliance with local regulations, stay updated on tax laws, and ensure timely payments.
- **Team Coordination and Communication**: Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support financial operations and communicate financial matters with banks, vendors, and clients effectively.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a plus).
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, account closing processes, and tax reporting.
- Familiarity with financial systems, tax laws, and audit preparation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
