Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Be responsible for monitoring and reporting on agent performance in terms of accuracy and consistency
- Prepare reports & keep track of the team's performance
- Be responsible for the curation of marketplace content, to perform quality checks on the legitimacy of the videos
- Course correct non-performing metrics and analysts through root cause analysis and solid action planning
- Elevate and escalate red flags to management from a duty-of-care perspective
- Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
- Work closely with other departments to respond immediately to suitable operation needs
- Provide coaching and guidance for subordinates
- Assist team leader in other tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 2 years of experiencing in content moderation / trust & safety/ content quality assurance
- Fluent command of the English language is a must, both verbal and written forms
- Good understanding of Shopee Video
- Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under mínimal supervision and have strong logic/ common sense related to the job nature
- Familiar with MS Office software such as Excel, Word, etc. Data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities are preferred
- Good communication skills, able to abstract problems and find solutions proactively
