**Overview of the Position**:
This role will be responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities related to materials, goods, and services. This includes negotiating prices and contracts, ensuring on-time deliveries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves managing supplier relationships and overseeing purchasing operations from both local and international suppliers.

**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:

- **Purchasing, Sourcing, and Delivery Management**:Manage purchasing activities from both local and overseas. Coordinate closely with inter-departmental teams to facilitate procurement processes. Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of goods based on demand plans.
- **Supplier Coordination**:Communicate requirements and delivery schedules clearly to suppliers and internal stakeholders. Execute effective negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost reductions and ensure timely delivery of products.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with various departments to streamline product delivery processes. Ensure smooth execution of deliveries and resolve any operational issues that arise.
- **Ad Hoc Responsibilities**:Undertake other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:

- Diploma, Advanced/ Higher /Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or any Professional Degree.
- **Min 1-2 years of working experience in procurement.**:

- **Proficient in both verbal and written in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin as this role will communicate with internal and external stakeholders that speak and write in Mandarin.**:

- **Work location: Bukit Jalil ( Near to Pavilion Bukit Jalil)**
