**Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Urban & Town Planning, Management or related disciplines, hands-on experience in project planning, able to deliver high quality work and fast paced environment, good writing skills in English.
- Lead in the masterplan development, project planning, design development and cost control functions to establish a robust master project plan with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate in the development of master plan, layout plans, master infrastructure plan and other planning works. This includes liaising and supervising consultant teams with regard to the perspective master plans.
- Execute the planning and ensure all approvals will meet the targeted milestones as specified in business plans in accordance with the set timelines through effective coordination of multiple project teams and efficient use of resources.
- Lead in establishing a clear direction for the project team by putting in place a robust master project plan with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Establish program requirements to accomplish the Feasibility Studies that include management approval, general arrangement drawings and cost planning.
- **Community Engagement and Public Examinations**: Regularly engage with the community, participate in committee meetings, and contribute to public examinations related to planning matters.
- **Conducting Research and Planning Appraisals**: Evaluate the development potential of sites through thorough research and planning appraisals. This includes assessing factors like land use, environmental impact, and feasibility.
- **Designing Planning Policies**: Research and create effective planning policies to guide development within the property industry.
- **High-Quality Report Writing**: Produce well-structured reports with clear recommendations. These reports play a crucial role in decision-making processes.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the planning process, including clients, local authorities, and other relevant parties.
- **Site Visits and Client Meetings**: Attend site visits to assess locations firsthand and engage in client meetings to discuss planning strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
