Sales & Planning Manager

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

We are a well-established manufacturing plant located in Johor Bahru, Johor, seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Sales & Planning team

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and train the sales & planning team to ensure smooth order processing from receiving to delivery while meeting SOT.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and ensure high service quality.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management review.
  • Monitor and manage monthly sales performance, ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Work closely with operations and technical teams to meet customer requirements effectively.
  • Report directly to top management on sales and planning activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Sales Manager in the manufacturing industry.
  • Candidates with previous experience in sales & planning for a manufacturing plant will be preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to start work immediately.
