Perpetual Memorial Park, established in 1994, is Johor's trusted private memorial park, providing comprehensive bereavement care services. We are seeking a Memorial Planning Specialist - Sales to acquire new customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As part of our compassionate and professional sales team, you'll play a meaningful role in helping families make important arrangements with care and understanding.

  • Actively reach out to potential customers through walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with customers.
  • Handle inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure excellent service before and after sales.
  • Support the Assistant Sales Manager in planning and overseeing daily sales activities.
  • Follow up on payments to ensure smooth and timely collection.
  • Assist with marketing plans, proposal preparations, and presentations.

Who We're Looking For

  • High school leavers, SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – we'll train you
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin or dialect speakers are preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-disciplined, punctual, and professional in conduct.
