**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate and execute awarded shipment from client/origin network on end-to-end basis.
- Liaison with clients and vendors to ensure on time delivery and service excellence.
- Ensure giving the best customer service possible by analyzing and taking ownership of customers issues and following problems till resolution.
- Displays understanding of how job relates to others; uses resources effectively.
- Carry out service failure investigating/compliant and ensure corrective/preventive actions are in place.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Organize for all export/import documents within a specific deadline and ensure that the organization files precise documentation.
- Processing booking orders, submission, and requests.
- Monitor/Coordinate on delivery schedule, coordinate with CS / Operations, Overseas agents, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
- Attend job related training when required to enhance product knowledge and personal effectiveness.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Work and support commercial team, assist to customers request.
- Involvement in additional responsibilities that may be required from time to time related to Customer Services role or others that might be required by the company.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or its equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Fluency in English and Malay language is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including speaking and grant writing.
- Possess good time management and communication skills and able to coordinate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Possess own transport.
