**Location**: Shah Alam

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate air and sea import and export shipments, including booking cargo space, arranging pickup and delivery, and managing transportation schedules to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for air freight shipments, including air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Perform system declaration for import and export such as K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, ZB etc.
- Communicate and update customers proactively on shipment status. Addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of import and export regulations, trade agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and highlight potential risks and compliance issues, to mitigate these risks while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate with vendor/ supplier for a better rate. Monitor and control transportation costs, including air freight rates, fuel surcharges, and other expenses, to optimize profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar industry.
- Language Skills: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Must be result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and adept at time management.
- Ability to handle operational issues and provide practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
