Kakki Katsu is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a full time Restaurant crew member. This is a versatile role that requires willingness to work in both section of restaurant operation (Kitchen and Front of house)

Responsibilities (Dual Role Scope)

**A. Back of House (BOH) / Kitchen Operations**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in preparing raw ingredients (cutting, washing) and ensuring all ingredients are readily available.
- **Cooking Support**: Assist the cook in simple cooking processes and the preparation/plating of Katsu dishes.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times.
- **Cleaning**: Washing and organizing kitchen utensils and equipment, and keeping the kitchen work area clean and tidy.

**B. Front of House (FOH) / Service Operations**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately and efficiently.
- **Transaction Handling**: Handle payments at the counter (cash/card) and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- **Service & Dining Area Cleanliness**: Deliver food and beverages, clear customer tables (_bussing_), and ensure the dining area is always clean and presentable.

**Requirements**:

- **No prior experience or formal qualifications are needed** We will provide comprehensive training.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
