Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia China Construction Development (M) Sdn Bhd Full time

**Responsibilities**:
**Utilities & Accommodation**:

- To ensure all utility bills on each construction sites are paid on time. For example, rental of water dispenser, rental of the photocopier, water bill and electricity bill.
- To ensure staff accommodation is well-maintained and make sure monthly accommodation utility bills pay on time.
- To liaise with site admin on site issue and company asset such as water dispenser, printer, electricity, water bill and etc.
- To solve problem arising from staff accommodation issue, and able to immediately liaise with agent or owner about renting or handover requirements.
- To keep track on the tenancy agreement and renew or termination in a timely manner.
- To ensure HQ utilities pay on time.
- To liaise with finance department regarding to calculation problems, SOA problem and unit account problem.

**Company Asset & Stationary & Maintenance**
- To ensure HQ office assets are in good condition all time.
- Replenish stock for pantry items, all papers and stationary.
- To ensure water dispenser & printer service in a timely manner.
- To source for third parties for air-conditioner servicing, repairing & replacement when required.
- To liaise with building management about office work permit, management fee, access card, announcement and etc.

**HR & Site Coordination**
- To ensure that all staffs’ medical claim and reimbursement form is properly submitted with full supporting document.
- To assist on dissemination OT claim form to HQ & site admin and collect back for payroll.
- To arrange drivers’ dispatch’s schedule for sending and receiving document for HQ staff and other necessary duty.
- To assist and liaise with HR department in company event or training when required.
- To assist HR for staff issue about OT, leave and staff medical invoice/receipt and liaise with panel clinic.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 2 years working experiences in relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to speak Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good in communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Preferable experiences in ISO documentation.
- Able to start work immediately or short notice is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
