To be punctual, efficient and above all courteous toward each guest and other employee.
- To know the price and knowledge of various drinks and items on the menu grocery.
- Places order with kitchen and serves same with proper sequences and timing.
- Observes, anticipates and accommodates guests' needs or requests.
- Removing dirty dishes from table and deposits them to stewarding area and reset table.
- To be familiar with all menu items and their preparation time.
- To ensure that all food and beverages are served properly in their respective dishes and glassware.
- At times, may have to present menu and take orders and usher guest to their seats.
- To be able to identify its uses and recognition of all chinaware, cutleries, glassware and F&B equipment’s.
- Carry out job duties without fail as assigned by your captains and supervisors.
- Handle all glassware, cutleries and chinaware with care while serving or clearing.
- Develop your ability to handle a few tables without confusion.
- Pay attention to customers' needs; provide service to impress for a continued patronage.
- Develop a sense of pride and honesty in your profession.
- Replenishes supply of clean linens, glassware, cutleries and chinaware in service station and the buffet counter.
- To perform any additional duties and responsibilities when requested by the management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
