Good Totes is a fast-growing eCommerce brand specializing in stylish, functional tote bags. We’re looking for a Partnerships & Outreach Executive to help grow our brand through partnerships, wholesale expansion, and influencer marketing.

**What You’ll Do**:
**1. Influencer & KOL Outreach**
- Identify, research, and reach out to **influencers**who align with our brand.
- Manage **gifting programs, negotiations, and deliverables**, ensuring seamless collaborations.
- Track and analyze **influencer performance** to optimize future partnerships.

**2. Wholesale & Partnerships Management**
- Handle **inbound wholesale requests**, ensuring timely responses and smooth coordination.
- Maintain relationships with existing **stockists, retailers, and brand partners**.
- Keep wholesale pricing sheets and product catalogs updated.

**3. Business Development & Outreach**
- Identify and **reach out to potential stockists, retailers, and collaboration partners**.
- Research new opportunities for brand expansion through **wholesale, retail, and media partnerships**.
- Assist in managing **affiliate & media outreach** to secure organic press and brand exposure.

**4. SOP Development & Process Optimization**
- Develop and refine **SOPs for influencer outreach, wholesale management, and partnership development**.

- **Social media & influencer-savvy**- You understand influencer marketing and can identify the right creators for our brand.
- **Business-minded** - You think strategically about wholesale expansion and brand partnerships.
- Independent but collaborative - You take initiative while working closely with the team.

**About this role**:

- Remote position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break). GMT+8 time.
- Fast-paced environment; strong multitasking and project prioritization skills needed.
- Stable internet, reliable laptop.

**Other requirements**:

- High proficiency in English
- Detail-oriented and take deadlines seriously
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a willingness to learn
- Love being part of a collaborative and dynamic team
- Can solve problems independently

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
